UPDATE: It looks like the Oregon Shooter site is gone so here is a link to the zip file it you would like to download it from me.
I downloaded the zip files from his site, found the pages that I need, printed them off and assembled the perfect logbook for my needs. I still needed a binder to put them in so after a little google’ing around I found a nice Franklin Covey camo planner that was on clearance for $2.99 so I ordered a couple of them. With that my custom logbook was complete for next to nothing.
